Terms and conditions of sale

1. Seller
The AdConvertFlow service (adconvertflow.com) is sold by Dorval, Place E. Flagey, 1050 Brussels, Belgium, company number (BCE) 0508.794.296, VAT BE 0508.794.296, email contact@adconvertflow.com. These terms apply to every order placed on the website.
2. The service
AdConvertFlow creates web landing pages from the information you enter: the text of your ad, your offer, your target audience and your main advantage. An artificial intelligence model writes the content and can suggest up to 5 variants. Before any payment, you see your page and can edit it.
After payment, you receive your page files (HTML, CSS, images and a contact form) in a ZIP archive. Publishing the page with a web host of your choice is not included in the service.

Prices are one-time payments, with no subscription. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of ordering.
4. Ordering and payment
You choose a plan, accept these terms and pay by card through our payment provider Stripe. We neither see nor store your card details. The sale is concluded once payment is confirmed.
5. Delivery
The files are available immediately after payment is confirmed, through a personal download link. If you cannot download your files, email us and we will send them to you.
6. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from the contract. However, this right does not apply to the supply of digital content not delivered on a physical medium once performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (Belgian Code of Economic Law, art. VI.53, 13°).
Before paying, you tick a box by which you request immediate delivery of the files and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal as soon as the download is available. This is also why you can see and edit your page before buying it.
Business customers do not have a right of withdrawal.
7. What you can do with the files
Once the order is paid, you may use, modify and publish the purchased pages for your own needs or for your clients, with no time limit. You may not resell the AdConvertFlow generator itself or present our templates as a competing product.
8. Your responsibilities
- You provide accurate information and have the right to use the texts, logos and images you add.
- The content is written by artificial intelligence and may contain errors. You proofread your page before publishing it and check in particular your prices, lead times, guarantees and any mandatory information.
- You only publish real customer reviews. AdConvertFlow does not generate testimonials.
- You are responsible for the page you publish and for its compliance with the rules that apply to your business and your advertising.
9. What we guarantee
We deliver files that match the preview you approved and can be used with a standard web host. If a file is defective or incomplete, we fix it or refund you. We do not guarantee any commercial result: the number of clicks, contacts or sales depends on many factors outside the service.
10. Liability
Except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct, and subject to the rights the law grants you as a consumer, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned.
11. Personal data
How your data is processed is described in the privacy policy.
12. Complaints and disputes
For any complaint, email contact@adconvertflow.com. We will reply as soon as possible.
If you are a consumer and we cannot find a solution together, you can contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service free of charge (mediationconsommateur.be).
These terms are governed by Belgian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence. For business customers, the courts of Brussels have jurisdiction.
13. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The version that applies is the one in force on the date of your order.
This English version is provided for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.
