The data we process, and why

Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. You enter your card details on Stripe: we neither see nor store them.
Who receives your data
- LWS (France): hosting of the website and database.
- Stripe: online payment.
- OpenAI (United States): the information you enter to create a page is sent to its artificial intelligence model to write the content. This transfer outside the European Union is covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR. Do not enter personal data that your page does not need.
- Google Fonts, Tailwind CSS and jsDelivr: some fonts and libraries of the website are loaded from these services, which receive your IP address when they do.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Cookies
The website only uses one session cookie, which it needs to work: it keeps your page while you create it, remembers your language and protects the forms. AdConvertFlow sets no advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or port your data, or object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email contact@adconvertflow.com. We reply within one month.
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
Security
The website runs over HTTPS, forms are protected against forged submissions and delivered files can only be accessed through a personal download link, after payment.
This English version is provided for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.
